The need to provide both a union space and a wellness center was challenging due to the vast difference of these programs. As a result, program was organized on a gradient for activity level in order to provide spaces for every person’s individual needs.
Amenities for the Wellness Center include a vegetated solarium, spa pool, lap pool, gym, rehabilitation center, and staff support offices.
The Union Center includes a staff/student lounge, auditorium, cafe, rooftop terraces, student work areas, and meeting rooms.
